It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ying Yee Yip, beloved husband to Yuk Yiu, loving father to Willy (Linda), Jason (Clover), Edward (Jennifer) and the late Julia Yip, adoring Ye Ye to Gabrielle, Victoria, Isabel, Ryan, Sienna and Brayden. He will be sadly missed by his brothers and sisters. Ying Yee passed away peacefully in his Montreal home on November 20th, 2022, at the age of 89. He was a loving and adoring husband, father, grandfather, and brother. Family was everything to Ying Yee who worked hard throughout his life and was a role model to his children. He was affectionately known by colleagues in his restaurant as Gee, but he was always BaBa to his kids.
