William G. Muir

November 8, 1933 - November 19, 2021

William (Bill) Muir passed away peacefully November 19th, 2021 at the age of 88.
He graduated from McGill University and had a successful career at Bell Canada for 37 years and travelled around the world with his wife of 67 years.
William is survived by his wife Marianne, children David (Barbie), Tom (Deana), Karen (Mark), his grandchildren Tommy, Ashley, Kelsey (Chad), Samantha (Jason), Jessica (Rob), Dillon (Audrey) and his great grandchildren Jordyn, Harrison and Carter.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests to please send donations to the Lakeshore General Hospital or the Montreal SPCA in his honor.
A heartfelt thank you to the staff at the Lakeshore General Hospital for caring for him in his final weeks with such compassion and dignity.
The family will be having a private celebration of his life at a later date.
