With grieving hearts we announce the death of Warren Gamble, peacefully, surrounded by four generations of family. Warren was the elder son of Warren Gamble Sr and Emma Bessie Stevenson. Beloved husband of Lois Morrison for sixty-six years. He is also survived by his brother, Stuart Gamble of Bedford Nova Scotia. Mourning his loss are his four daughters: Jennifer Gamble Jankovics (Lloyd Watson), Nancy Gamble, Valerie Gamble Ayerst (Jay Ayerst), and Sarah Gamble. He will be sadly missed by his six grandchildren, and his eight (plus one) great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends and neighbours. Warren was a proud Montrealer, a Stelco retiree, and a long-time member of Peoples' Church of Montreal. He enjoyed many sports both as a participant and a fan. He took great pleasure in getting to know people from diverse backgrounds. His encyclopaedic knowledge of many topics and his tremendous sense of humour were two of his remarkable personality traits.

Visitation will be held Monday, October 29 from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, H2V 2P9. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 30 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.

In lieu of flowers donations to Doctors Without Borders or Christian Direction, Montreal would be appreciated.
