Terrence John "Terry" Quinn

February 7, 1942 -  August 3, 2018

Terrence John (Terry) Quinn passed peacefully on Friday August 3rd, 2018 at the age of 76. Beloved husband of Micheline Godbout Quinn and Devoted Father of Michel (Linda Belliveau), Paul (Nathalie Grenier) and Nathalie (Jeff Penz). He will be deeply missed by his Grandchildren Jonathan, Emily, Alex, Philippe, Sarah and Lucas as well as his brothers Donald, Cass and Kevin and his sister Sandra along with his Nieces and Nephews and numerous friends that loved him so much.

Terry had a very successful Business career. Away from work, he enjoyed watching his kids play sports which got him involved in soccer where he held a multitude of managerial positions at both the Regional and Provincial level in Quebec. He was elected President of the Canadian Soccer Association in 1992 and held that position until 1997.

Our family would like to thank the Manoir Beaconsfield for the love and kindness they showed in caring for Him. Donations in his memory can be made to Parkinson Canada.

Funeral service will take place at the Belvedere Funeral Complex, 22025 Trans-Canada Road, Senneville, Qc, H9X 3L7, 514 457-4440, on Friday August 17, 2018 at 3 p.m. The Family will receive the condolences from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at the complex.

Burial service will take place at the Paroisse Saint Michel de Sillery (Quebec City) cemetery on Saturday August 18 at 2:00 pm

Il laisse dans le deuil son épouse Micheline Godbout Quinn, ses enfants Michel (Linda Belliveau), Paul (Nathalie Grenier), Nathalie (Jeff Penz), ses petits-enfants Jonathan, Emily, Alex, Philippe, Sarah et Lucas, ses frères et sœur Donald, Cass, Kevin et Sandra ainsi que ses Nièces, Neveux et Amis qui l’ont tous tellement aimé

Terry a eu une excellente carrière Professionnelle. Son autre passion était le soccer. Son amour pour le sport se traduit par son implication comme gestionnaire au niveau Régionale et Provinciale au Québec pour ensuite être élu Président de l’Association de Soccer au Canada, un poste qu’il occupera de 1992-1997.

Notre famille aimerait remercier le Manoir Beaconsfield pour les soins apportés avec Amour et Tendresse durant son séjour. Vos témoignages de Sympathie peuvent se traduire par un don en son nom à Parkinson Canada.

Le service aura lieu au Complexe funéraire Belvédère, 22025 Route Transcanadienne, Senneville, Qc, H9X 3L7, 514 457-4440, le vendredi 17 août 2018 à 15h. La famille recevra les condoléances à compter de 13h au même endroit.

Le service au cimetière aura lieu à la Paroisse Saint Michel de Sillery (Québec) le 18 Août à 2:00 pm
