Teresa Zanin nee Favretto

October 15, 1925 -  December 3, 2021

Peacefully with her family around her, Teresa passed away on December 3, 2021 predeceased by her beloved husband, Giovanni (Nino) Zanin.
Teresa is survived by her daughters, Mari, Nina (Henri), Joanna (Jack) and Laura (Andrew). She was a proud and loving grandmother to Joseph, Christopher, Julia, Matthew and Katherine. She will be missed by her sister, Victoria (Shannon) and many nephews and nieces.
Teresa and Nino's greatest pleasure was having the family around the Sunday dinner table. Teresa took delight in sitting out in the garden admiring Dad's handiwork with the flowers and vegetables.
Teresa enjoyed her community of friends in NDG and the Catholic Women’s League.
Teresa will be lovingly remembered by her family. A private family service will be held.

I am so grateful to have known Teresa. She was always so gracious and kind. I will miss talking with her and seeing her. She always made me feel good and gave me hope with her constant faith. Our visit would begin with a compliment to me and end with God bless you Margie. I will miss her very much. I pray for her to be at peace with God. May she be reunited with her kind and gentle husband John as I knew him. I always felt at home inside or in their most amazing garden yard ablaze in colour with Mr. Zanin's heartfelt passion for gardening. Rest in peace Teresa and Giovanni ❤❤❤ ❤❤

So sad to learn of the passing of this sweet, sweet lady.
We were tenants of John and Teresa for 25 years and couldn’t have asked for better landlords. Often think of them with great fondness.
