Teresa Jednak (nee Zawada)

October 20, 1931 - December 2, 2018

Teresa Jednak passed away peacefully on December 2, 2018, at the age of 87.

Predeceased by her beloved husband Dmytro Jednak, devoted mother to Roman ( Louise) and Irene and loving grandmother to Matthew and Alexa.

Visitation will be held on Thursday December 6, from 6 pm until 9 pm at the :

I will always remember Mrs. Jednak with extreme fondness. She was a kind and sweet lady with an infectious laugh. Whenever I went to her home she treated me, and the rest of Roman's friends, like family. She will be greatly missed. My sincerest condolences to Roman, Irene, Louise, Matthew and Alexa.
