Sidonie Kazenel was a bright, talented and loving person. She had great warmth, charm and an ability to make those around her comfortable and happy in her presence. Sidonie always listened to those who spoke to her and answered in a warm and helpful way.
Sidonie loved classical music and was an accomplished pianist and vocalist, who sang for many summers in the Berkshire Choir.
As an Editor for the National Film Board Sidonie produced many outstanding film titles, and she also authored several books.
It is hard to imagine a world without the grace and comfort of Sidonie Kazenel, but her memory will serve as a blessing for all who knew her.
Bless you, Sidonie, for a life well lived.
Toujours un plaisir de travailler avec elle pour lui donner le piano qu'elle recherchait
My sincere condolences to Sue and her family. Sidonie was a refined and charming lady, always light and laughing, positive, and smiling. Graced with a sharp mind, and quick wit, she was curious, serene, and deeply caring. The wonderful gift of her unique and delightful sense of humour lives on in her children.
A true matriarch, wonderful lady, role model and “mensch”. Faced her final illness with equanimity, courage and acceptance.
