In Celebration of

Robert "Bob" Mironowicz

September 12, 1953 -  January 7, 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Robert “Bob” Mironowicz (68).
After over 45 years of tireless volunteer work (Sun Youth Org., Football Quebec, Lakeshore Football, and many more) his years of service have come to an end.
A dedicated husband, father, brother, and friend to so many. He is remembered by the love of his life (Jennifer), sons Tim (Jenn) & Scott (Alexie), sister Helen (Fred), nephew Nicholas, and in-laws from the Ore family.
Pre-deceased by parents Jadwiga & Wasil Mironowicz.
The lives touched by such a selfless man are many. The family is beyond proud of the positive impact that he had on the community through his years of hard work.
RIP Bob, dad, love. You will forever be remembered.
A memorial will be held on a later date.
In lieu of flowers please send donations to Sun Youth Organization.

Bob and I attended Baron Byng High School. Bob was the one who got me to join the NDG Grid Cats when we were 16 years old. I transferred to Northmount High for my last year. I met Bob by pure accident about 23 years ago when I was coaching football for Westpark in DDO and Bob was coaching for Lakeshore. I was so happy to see Bob after such a long absence. We talked about our careers and especially how when we played for NDG Grid Cats we had one of the best football teams in the Province.RIP Bob!!!!
