It is with deep sadness, that the family of Nikolaus Von Niessen announce his peaceful passing on February 16, 2023 in his 96th year.

He will be greatly missed by his beloved wife of 59 years Olga (nee Olsoufieff), his son, daughter-in-law and grandchildren, his daughter, his extended family and cherished friends.

Laughter, shared stories with friends, family gatherings and many travel adventures with Olga are what brought him great joy.

The family wishes to send sincere appreciation to the teams at the Cancer Care Clinic of St. Mary’s Hospital, Place Kensington and his palliative team (CLSC and NOVA) for their kindness and compassion. “AMOR VINCIT OMNIA”
Memorial services to be held Friday April 21 at 11AM, Mount Royal Funeral Complex 1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont, Québec.
