In Pointe-Claire, on November 4, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Lydia (Korneychuk) Ostapuk. Predeceased by his parents Paul and Olga and by his sister-in-law Rose Korbow. Sadly missed by his sister Tessie (late John Slivka), his nephews Jeffrey and Robert. He will also be missed by close friends, the Likoray family and his adoptive family, Linda Scully, children and grandchildren.

Family will receive condolences on November 9th 2018 from 10 a.m. at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 chemin de la Foret, Outremont (QC) H2V 2P9 (514) 279-6540. Funeral service will be in the chapel at 11 a.m. followed by the burial. In lieu of flowers, donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
