Est décédée paisiblement entourée de ses proches le 10 mai 2017, Mme. Nathalie Allard, à l’âge de 40 ans. Elle était l’épouse de Denis Potvin et la fille d’André Allard et d’Odette Rémillard. Outre son époux et ses parents, elle laisse dans le deuil son frère Julien (Stéphanie Roy); ses beaux-fils Jérémie (Claudel Éthier) et Louis; sa grand-mère Odette Allard; ses nièces : Maxim, Élodie; son filleul Laurent; sa belle-mère Monique Potvin; ses amies d’enfance : Marie-Claude Lapointe, Fabienne Benitah; ainsi que de nombreux parents et amis.
La famille recevra les condoléances jeudi le 18 mai de 14h à 17h et de 19h à 21h et le vendredi 19 mai à compter de 10h, au Complexe funéraire Belvédère, 22025 Route Transcanadienne, Senneville, Québec, H9X 3L7, 514 457-4440. Une célébration de la vie de Nathalie se tiendra au même endroit vendredi le 19 mai à 11h.
La famille tient à remercier le personnel de l’Hôpital Général Juif pour l’excellence, le professionnalisme et toute la chaleur humaine déployées envers Nathalie au cours des cinq dernières années, notamment : DR April A. Shamy, et les infirmières Line Bourgeois, Chantal Cloutier, Lucie Tremblay et Tiziana Vadacchino.

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Nathalie Allard, on May 10, 2017, at the age of 40. Beloved wife of Denis Potvin. Cherished daughter of André Allard and Odette Rémillard and dear sister to Julien (Stéphanie Roy). Nathalie will also be missed by her step-sons Jérémie (Claudel Éthier) and Louis; her grandmother Odette Allard; her nieces Maxim and Elodie; her godson Laurent; her mother-in-law Monique Potvin; her good friends Marie-Claude Lapointe and Fabienne Benitah, as well as many relatives and countless friends.
The family will receive condolences on Thursday, May 18, from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9 p.m., as well as on Friday May 19 from 10 a.m. A celebration of Nathalie’s life is to follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the Belvedere Funeral Complex, 22025 Route TransCanada, Senneville, Qc, H9X 3L7, 514-457-4440.
The family wishes to thank the staff of the Jewish General Hospital for their exceptional care, professionalism, and the warmth and dignity shown to Nathalie over the past five years.
