Mike was a generous person and managed to maintain a good working environment in our tax groups in Canada and other courntries.
Many great memories of life and adventure on Dorval Island!
We will miss you Mike…we had such fun with you and Louisa in Florida. We remember when you guys and Barney and Sue came and stayed with us in Bath. All of you got a kick out of my little crafty home! Your death was such a shock to us. My Mike mentioned the better part of a week ago that he hadn’t heard from you in awhile and that he would send an email to catch up! We regret not coming for a visit to your lovely home, as always it’s a matter of the next time we come to Montreal and then Covid made it impossible to make that visit a reality. Louisa, please accept our sincere sorrow and may you and your family find comfort with those who loved Mike and can be with you during this time. Love Jane and Mike Rodgers
A warm dear of mine who lived with me in the phi Delt house on University Street for several years in the late 50s and early 60s.
Later we all admired is extremely responsible and generous volunteer work in organizing the affairs of the fraternity in the 70s and 80s when the chapter building burned down and he had to organize all of the attendant details to keep the fraternity afloat and to manage the financial consequences of a catastrophe.
All done through his sense of responsibility in the goodness of his heart.
Great human being
Wonderful memories
Thinking of you Louisa
