In Celebration of

Maria "Maro" Kyriacopoulos nee Kourepis

January 17, 1926 -  June 16, 2021

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother Maro Kyriacopoulos.
She was pre-deceased by her husband of over 50 years, Nicholas Kyriacopoulos, to whom she was forever devoted.
Their years together were spent travelling around the world especially to Greece and enjoying the beautiful view from their condo in Florida.
Her family was the light of her life and what she was most proud of – she would radiate happiness when any of us were around.
Everyone who met her loved her as she was elegant, gracious and welcoming.
She was a remarkable woman who never faded into the background and always left you feeling special and good about yourself.
Her joie de vivre was so contagious and will be sorely missed.
She will be remembered with love and affection by all her extended family and friends.
She is survived by her cherished children, Peter Kyriacopoulos, Belle Grivakis (Ernie), Aspasia Erian (Ralph) as well her devoted sister-in- law, Aliki Kourepis
She was a proud Yaya to her eight grandchildren Maria Grivakis Curtis (Derek),
Nicholas Kyriacopoulos (Elena), Marianna Kyriacopoulos, Christina Grivakis Staikos (George), Harry Grivakis (Léa),
Marc Erian (Jennifer), Sophia Erian, and Peter Erian and to her treasured great-grandchildren Ethan, Adrian and Annabelle Curtis,
Anastasia and Alessandra Kyriacopoulos as well as Nicholas, Julia Belle and Andrew Staikos and Olivia Erian.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to her two wonderful caregivers, Marilyn DeLuna and Delia Lazore.
The family will receive condolences on Friday, July 9th, 2021 from 10am to 12pm at the

Mrs. K holds a special place in my heart because she was always so very sweet and kind to me. She was also the godmother to Sofia, one of my best friends. Mrs. J’s loving spirit will live on through her family. Love to the family. Andrea
