Margaret "Mag" Morris

July 29, 1929 - January 5, 2022

Passed away peacefully in the early morning of January 5th in the presence of her earthly angels at Residence Ste-Anne. Beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend. Predeceased by her husband (Wilfred "Fred") and two sons Steve (Maureen) and Mike (April). Survived by her daughter Eva (Maurice) and grandson Darryl (Jade). Mag "Mom" will be remembered for her joyful spirit, kind heart, beautiful soul and boundless patience. Thank you for all the memories and your unconditional love. You will forever hold a place in our hearts.

The family will receive condolences on June 4th, 2022 from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at the Belvedere Funeral Complex, 22025 Trans-Canada Road, Senneville, Qc, H9X 0B2, 514 457-4440. A celebration of the life of Mag will follow at 11a.m.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Residence Ste-Anne, 200 rue Sainte-Anne, Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec, H9X 1N3.

I have the best memories of “Eva’s mom” as I have always called her or Mrs. Morris as I had the utmost respect for this wonderful women. Loving, giving, caring and oh so much fun. As a child I would often find myself in her kitchen and as an adult we enjoyed fun times at family outings and gatherings. One of the funniest memories I have was at a restaurant. We , Eva myself and Mrs. Morris and a few others were having such a good time…..a few drinks in….we jokingly said…” we should dine and dash”….Eva’s mom stood up and said …” ok but give me a head start”. I still laugh about that story, such fun times. Of course we did not dine and dash.
