I was so pleased to make the acquaintance of Iva and Joe at the Monkland :Tennis Club. It was always pleasant to spend time with them. So sorry that first Joe , now Iva have passed away. My sincere c condolences to the family.
I am so grateful for the long and true friendship we had together.
Iva and I met in 1951 living across the street from one another.
We had and enjoyed good times, and bad times . We laughed we cried we were the best of friends.
I miss you my dear Iva, may you rest in peace.
Dear Cherished members of Iva's family, please accept my sympathy.
Since we sat side-by-side at St-Augustine's High School over 70 years ago, I had the privilege and honour to be friends with Iva whom I will never cease to love and remember. Please accept these prayers which I have had the good fortune to arrange with Father Dariusz who officiated at your dear father Joe's funeral. Father Dariusz celebrated her life at our weekly service last Saturday, but the sympathy card I sent you was unfortunately returned in the mail. Also I was unable to attend the funeral.
My niece is reproducing the message I wrote to you in my card on this page, so that you will properly receive my condolences.
I have fond memories of a good time with Iva and Joe over the years.
Respectfully yours, Justine Sentenne
