Irene was the real deal. A truly wonderful person who knew her own mind but who was always kind and compassionate. She was unfailingly cheerful, astute, and always sincere. As a volunteer at Contactivity she was a beloved part of the team and we miss her greatly. I'm so glad to have known Irene, to have crossed paths with her in this life. Deepest sympathies to her loving family.
Irene was a much loved member of our congregation, serving twenty years in the life of our church especially for the worship and pastoral care of our community. A beautiful person, sadly missed.
