Henry David

We are deeply saddened by the passing of our father and husband, Henry David, on September 8th, 2018 at the age of 59. Born in Montreal in 1959, Henry ran the family business founded by his father and uncle. Son of the late Otello and Luisa David, Henry had a profound love of life; he liked good food, fine wine, and fast cars. But most of all, he loved his family: his wife, Maggie Nikas, and three daughters, Bianca, Tina, and Lianna.
We are forever grateful to the Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Victoria Hospital for giving such special care and attention to Henry. Their genuine compassion granted our family a peaceful ending to an insufferable experience.
Visitation will be held on Thursday September 13th from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday September 14th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont, Québec H2V 2P9, 514-279-6540. A service in celebration of his life, followed by burial, will take place on Saturday September 15th at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the Mount Royal Funeral Complex.

C’est avec une grande tristesse que nous vous annonçons le décès de notre père et époux, Henry David, le 8 septembre 2018, à l'âge de 59 ans. Né à Montréal en 1959, Henry dirigeait l'entreprise familiale fondée par son père et son oncle. Fils de feu Otello et Luisa David, Henry avait un amour profond pour la vie; il aimait la bonne nourriture, le bon vin et les voitures rapides. Mais avant tout, il aimait sa famille: sa femme, Maggie Nikas, et ses trois filles, Bianca, Tina et Lianna.
Nous serons toujours reconnaissants à l’unité des soins intensifs de l’Hôpital Royal Victoria d’avoir accordé une attention et un soin particuliers à Henry. Leur compassion sincère a permis à notre famille de passer au travers cette expérience difficile.
La famille recevra les condoléances le jeudi 13 septembre de 16h à 21h et vendredi 14 septembre de 14h à 17h et de 19h à 21h au Complexe funéraire Mont-Royal, 1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont, QC, H2V 2P9, 514-279-6540. Un service en l'honneur de sa vie, suivi d'un enterrement, aura lieu le samedi 15 septembre à 10h dans la chapelle du Complexe funéraire Mont-Royal.
