We are sad to announce that Hazel Hannah passed away in her 98th year, following a brief illness. Predeceased by her husband, Percy, she is survived by son Henry (Barbara), daughter Ruth (Jim), grandchildren Kim (Brad), Cathy (James), Eva (Mike), James and five great grandchildren. Thanks to the staff at Le Wellesley, where Hazel resided during the last three years, and the staff of the Lachine General Hospital, for their kind care. Hazel will be greatly missed, and remembered by her family as a strong, kind, and giving person.

A memorial service Celebrating Hazel’s life will be announced for a later time.
