In Celebration of

Erasmus (Rasso) Kennerknecht

April 14, 1933 - November 30, 2018

Peacefully at the age of 85 at the Lakeshore General Hospital on November 30, 2018. A loving husband to the late Angelika (nee Kronier), Rasso will be dearly missed by his son Steven (Joyce Wells), his daughter Susan (Yves Bastien), his grandsons Matthew (Caroline Ballard) and Michael (Emily Haniotis), and by many dear friends at Le Cambridge in Pointe-Claire. Please join the family in a celebration of his life at Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont on Saturday, December 8th beginning with visitation at 11am, followed by a mass at 12pm with a reception thereafter.

Dad, you were the perfect father to me. I will always cherish everything about you, especially your gentle humanity and sense of humour. My heart is broken but the love you gave to your family will always be a comfort and inspiration to me. Your little girl thanks you for the Valentine's rose you gave me each and every year since my birth. What a guy.

Rasso was always ready to share a good story and certainly lived a very full and rewarding life. He and Angela raised two wonderful children.
He had many talents including cabinet making, producing stained glass Christmas ornaments and our favorite, his apple pie!
He will be missed by us all, but his memory will live on in our hearts and minds.
