In Celebration of

Dagmar Schuler née Hennek

June 14, 1946 -  January 17, 2023

Predeceased by her parents Gerhard and Gerda Hennek, she is survived by her two sons Stephan (Dionne), Thomas (Nadia Foti), grandchildren Patrick, Ariana, Elizabeth and Alessandra, brother Karl Hennek (Marilyne), nieces and nephews, and many friends across Canada, the United States and Germany.
Born in Germany, Dagmar immigrated to Canada as a young child and grew up in Hull, Québec. After graduating high school, Dagmar moved to Montréal, where she began her adult life and started her family. Her hobbies included both playing and watching tennis, playing crossword puzzles and Scrabble, and gathering with beloved friends and family. She taught us all that any problem can be solved with chocolate and a good cup of coffee. Above all, she was most proud of her children and grandchildren and was a doting grandmother.
Dagmar faced her brief battle with lung cancer with bravery, grace, and dignity.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Teresa-Dellar Palliative Care Residence. https://residencesoinspalliatifs.ca/en/donate/
Visitation to be held at Belvédère Funeral Complex, 22025 Trans-Canada Highway, Senneville, Qc, H9X 0B2, 514 457-4440, on January 29th, 2023, from 1:00pm to 4:00 pm.
