In Celebration of

Angeline (Angie) Aziz Hendy

May 19, 1923 -  December 1, 2018

It is with great sadness that we announce Angie’s passing on Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the age of 95.

She was predeceased by her husband Shaff and grandson Michael.
Angie was born in Caraquet, New Brunswick and moved to Montreal as a young child. During WW2, she left Montreal for Detroit Michigan to help her sister run the family business while her brother-in-law served in the military, overseas. Upon her return to Montreal, she married and started her family.

She leaves to mourn her children Donald (Pamela) Allan & Lynn and her grandchildren Matthew and Kymberlee.

Angie was a devoted member and volunteered her time to the Lady’s Aid Society & Auxillary of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church for many years.

Angie’s claim to fame was her unwavering positive up-beat attitude. She welcomed everyone with her large, warm smile and infectious personality, always making everyone she knew very special. Everyone young and old loved Angie!

Her greatest loves were her children & grandchildren whom she supported unconditionally & selflessly throughout their lives.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 10 a.m. followed by the Service at 12 p.m. at the Mount-Royal Funeral complex, 1297 Chemin de la Foret, Outremont, Qc H2V 2P9, (514) 279-6540.
