YERVANT BASMADJIAN
It is with heavy hearts yet with deep gratitude for a life well lived that we say goodbye to a true gentleman and devoted family man. Yervant slipped away peacefully, at the age of 90, at the Montreal Heart Institute on Friday, March 31st, 2017. He leaves behind his strongest advocate and loving wife of 62 years, Any Ternamian, his devoted sons Arsène-Joseph (Allison) and Édouard, his two beloved grandchildren Lauren (Olivier) and Adam, as well as countless friends. Our heartfelt thanks go to the Heart Failure Clinic and 4 Centre and all the wonderful staff at the Montreal Heart Institute, especially to Émilie and Isabelle whose compassionate care and spiritual guidance provided comfort during Yervant's final days. In lieu of flowers, it was Yervant's wish that donations be made in his memory to the Montreal Heart Institute. Rest in Peace. We love you and will honor your memory forever.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, April 6th at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex (1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont) from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A celebration of Yervant's life will take place on Friday, April 7th, at The Sourp Hagop Armenian Church (3401 Olivar-Asselin, Montreal) at 11 a.m.
