On Tuesday May 26, 2020, William (Bill) Hugh Logan, of Montreal, passed away at age 82 at the Jewish General Hospital. William was born to Samuel Logan and Margaret Jane Logan (nee McIlwaine) in Ballymena, Northern Ireland on August 6, 1937. He was a father to Jennifer (husband David, granddaughter Sophie) and Margaret (granddaughter Zoe). William immigrated to Canada in 1972 from South Africa, and worked as a chemist in textile and paint industries, where he developed several patents. Many thanks to the Jewish General Hospital for helping William at various times. A private service is being held for the family at Mount Royal Cemetery. In William’s memory, the family requests that generosity be directed at the Jewish General Hospital Foundation.
