In Celebration of

Vincent Pileggi

April 10, 2009 -  January 14, 2023

It is with heavy hearts and tremendous grief that we announce the passing of Vincent Storm Pileggi, at the age of 13. He passed away in the early hours of Saturday January 14th 2023, peacefully and in the loving arms of his parents.

His presence will be missed by all who knew him, especially his parents Sam (Salvatore) Pileggi and Annique Grenier, his triplet brother and sister Tristan and Mia Pileggi, his devoted grandparents Diana and Jean Grenier, Domenico Pileggi and the late Concetta Marinaro, all of his Aunties and Uncles, Godparents, cousins and friends. He was so loved, so adored, and so celebrated by the beautiful people who surrounded him everyday.

Vinnie has been a fighter his entire life, having endured many medical hardships for 13 years he never ceased to astound his family with his resilience and drive. He was known to win you over with his handsome smile and his signature “side eye” look. Vinnie had the ability to share his peaceful, easy going energy with everyone. Spending a little time with Vinnie, hanging out on his favorite mats, you were sure to walk away with a better sense of all the simple beauty this world has to offer. He was a true hero and will continue to inspire those who knew him for decades to come.

Not only was Vinnie surrounded by an amazing support system on the home front, but one of his favorite places outside of his house was his school, the PEL Mackay School and Rehab Centre, where the staff showered him with love and affection. He also had a fabulous medical team behind him at the Montreal Children’s Hospital specifically in the Complex Care, Neurosurgery, and Neurology depts.

Please join the family in celebrating Vinnie’s courageous life on Saturday January 21st 2023 at the Belvedere Cemetery & Funeral Complex; 22025 Trans-Canada Hwy, Senneville Qc, H9X0B2. Visitation will be held from 10am - 1pm, a celebration of life at 1pm.
In lieu of flowers please consider donating to one of the following organizations who have had a tremendous impact on Vinnie’s life; Le Phare, Enfants et Familles, Mackay Centre, and Starlight Foundation
