Stan passed away suddenly, yet peacefully, early Friday October 7, 2016 at the age of 88.
Survived by his sons Stewart (Anne), James (Kathy) along with his grandchildren Stephanie (Jonnie) & Alex.

The family will receive condolences on Sunday October 16th at 11 a.m. at the Belvedere Funeral Complex located at 22025 route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC H9X 3L7 (exit 40 off the 40 West) 514-457-4440.
Followed by a Celebration of Life service at Noon in the Chapel of the complex. A reception luncheon after the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Stan’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Montreal.

I'm sorry to hear the news that Stanley has passed. I fondly remember his friendly smile and spending time together when I was very young when he came to see his brother and my grandfather, Sam, in both Montreal and Ottawa. I've never forgotten his great penmanship and calligraphy when he sent cards. Sending you my condolences during this hard time.
