Stan was a man who enjoyed life to the fullest, always cheerful, loved biking, single-malt whiskey and playing the banjo. His upbeat personality invariably rubbed off on all those around him.

Stan, we know you’ll be playing and singing along with us at the next Irish Night at the Curling Club.

Stan lived life fully with great humour and kindness. It was impossible not to love him. How fortunate for you, Anne, that you were privileged to share your lives for so many happy years. Stan’s memory will be a blessing to all who knew him.

I had many occasions to bump into Stan over the past 30 years. He was always full of life and enjoying everything it had to offer. My sympathies to the family and especially Anne.
