Nicole Boyd (née St.Germain)
1934-2017

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our dear mother Nicole on June 1st.
She was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert E. Boyd, her parents, Hon. Jean St-Germain and Simone Décarie as well as her sister Claire.
She is survived by her children Louise (Peter Fitzpatrick), Nancy (Bryan Fitzpatrick) and Eric (Kim Bellas) as well as her grandchildren Nicole, Nathalie, Murray, Jamie, Andrew, Robbie, Jack and Matthew who deeply loved their "grand-maman".
She is also mourned by her brother Jean (Lise Gagnon) and her sisters Simone and Annick.
She will be sadly missed by her dear friends who were so very kind to her during her illness. We thank you for your compassion.
We enjoyed so many happy years in Magog where Mom enjoyed her golf and bridge games with her many friends. We will forever cherish those memories with Mom and Dad at the Hermitage. Mom was the epitome of grace, elegance and kindness, we will miss her.
We would like to thank Dr. Ghoche and Malcolm at Mt Sinai Hospital for the wonderful care given to our mother.

Dear Louise, Nancy, Eric and extended families,
I'm very sorry for your loss. I didn't't realize that your mother was not well recently. It sounds like this is a blessing in disguise. I feel like a part of my family is gone as well. For all of us who grew up at The Hermitage Club in the 60s and 70s your family was a big part of our lives. How many times did I have a sleepover at your place?? Eric, I'm quite sure your bunkbed was the first bunkbed I ever slept in. I remember thinking it was so cool. I also remember you having a BB gun and getting permission from your mother for us to shoot at a can on the south end of your property. So many memories... And nobody got hurt!
Thinking of all of you,

Yours Sincerely,
Michel

Je voudrais offrir mes plus sincères condoléances à la famille. Nicole était une dame très raffinée. J'ai toujours apprécié mes conversations avec elle et Bob durant les magnifiques fêtes de Noël célébrées chez Annick. Micheline
