Asano, Masashi Peter
1940 – 2015
Masashi Peter Asano passed away quietly on September 8, 2016, at the Palliative Care Unit of the Cité de la Santé Hospital. He was predeceased by his parents Rokujiro and Mary, his son Steven, and brothers Akira, Hitoshi, and Wataru. Peter will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by his wife Noreen, daughter Lynn, granddaughter Tori, sister Shirley (Sam Mitsugi), brothers Ken (Michi), Tom (Michiko), and Teddy (Setsuko) sisters-in-law Fay Ishii and Joy Koyama, nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as his many friends. According to Peter’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and there will be a private family gathering for the interment of his ashes. The family wishes to thank Dr. G.
