Dear Lisa,

Thinking of you during this sad moment. Losing a parent is one of the hardest things one can experience in this life. I hope you can find some comfort with fond memories of your mother.

I remember your mother as a kind and generous person, and I felt welcomed when would visit.

All apologies, but I tried to come to the service, but I got terribly lost on the way and couldn't get the right directions.

Please feel free to call me should you need anything or even just to chat.

- Sharon
