It is with great sadness that the family of James Gibara announces his passing on Saturday, June 10, 2017, at the age of 90 years.

He will be lovingly remembered by his children, Raymond (Christine) and Caroline, and his grandchildren Randy, Mark, Frosso and Jackie. He also leaves behind his brothers Ronald (Betty) and Allan, cousins Sonia and Gordon, as well as a large extended family and friends. He will be reunited with his loving wife, Jacqueline Loiselle Gibara, in God’s kingdom.

A general viewing will take place on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, from 11a.m. to 1p.m. at Hawthorn-Dale/Complexe funeraire des Trembles (15005 Sherbrooke St. East, Montreal), followed by the burial on site.

Thereafter, an open dinner will take place at Ezo Restaurant (9440 L’Acadie Blvd, Montreal).

Those who so desire may make donations in memory of James to the SPCA-Montreal.
