It is with profound sadness to announce the sudden passing of Ilona Zsemlye (née Török) at the age of 84 on April 7, 2022. She peacefully passed away at Bluewater Health Hospital in Sarnia, Ontario with her daughter and dear friend Attila Dombovary by her side.

She leaves to mourn her daughter Susan and grandchildren Timothy and Mikaela. Also, her sister Eva. (Bernhard) and nephews Michael (Tamara)and Gregory (Jessica) and great-niece Sophie.
She was predeceased by her husband Ernest. Along with numerous friends she touched along the way.

Ilona was an enthusiastic choir singer and participated in 7 different choirs throughout the Montreal region.

Her funeral will be held Friday May 13, 2022 at Mount Royal Funeral Complex. Visitation 1:00-5:00, Service 5:00-6:00.

In lieu of flowers, a donation in her name to the Heart and Stroke foundation would be greatly appreciated.
