Passed away peacefully on December 22, 2017, at St.Mary’s Hospital at the age of 85. Loving wife of the late Whitfield O’Neal Hunte. Survived by loving sister Joyce Grant. Beloved mother of Michelle, Michael, Mark, and Maxine. Cherished Grandmother of Shaneequa, Shamaiah, Nathaniel, Alyssa, Kayla, Brandon, Daniel, Jazmin, Jadyn, and Jahleel. Survived by nieces and nephews Pam, mother of Adrian & Steven; Angela, mother of Jalilah & Jechiliah; Carlene, mother of Greg; Rodney, father of Kali & Tito; Stephen, father of Keisha & Oshea; Donna, mother of Alisa & Brian; Anita, mother of Cheryl, Rohan & Timothy. She will sadly be missed by extended family and friends Arlene, Olga, Maureen, mother of Chris & Dwayne; Ralph, father of Amara, Maiah & Kaede.

Family will receive condolences on Wednesday January 3rd and Thursday January 4th from 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 9pm at the Mount Royal Funeral Complex, 1297 Chemin de la Forêt, Outremont, QC, H2V 2P9, 514-279-6540. A memorial service will be held on Friday January 5th at 11am in the chapel of the complex.
