It is with great sadness that we announce that George Boutilier died peacefully on April 23rd, 2018 at the age of 80 after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease.
Originally from Nova Scotia, George was a longtime teacher as well as a dedicated city councillor and defender of green spaces in Pierrefonds.

Loving husband of Jutta (nee Seemann), father of Tania (Nicolas Eason) and Fabian (Nathalie Savard), and grandfather of Béatrice, Cecilia, Étienne, and Mathis. He was predeceased by his brother Jim (wife Brenda). Also left to honour his memory are his sisters Eileen Dwyer (husband Bill), Lottie Beaver (late husband Harold) and Maryanna Towle (husband Ed), his sisters-in-law Ruth Seemann and Gisela Oelsner (husband Manfred) and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

A gathering of remembrance will be held at the family home, 5718 Rue du Bocage in Pierrefonds on Sunday, May 13th from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
