On February 23rd in Montreal, Pat died peacefully after a short illness surrounded by family. Predeceased by her husband Jack Hewitt in 1998, she was dearly loved by her daughter Kathryn, son Larry Nelles (Lynne) and grandchildren Kristin (Chris), Michael and Megan (Denis) and seven great-grandchildren.

The family will gather for a private ceremony at St Matthias’ Church in Westmount.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Montreal General Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
