It is with great sadness that the family of Dimitrios "Jimmy" Bakirtzis announces his passing after a work related accident on Wednesday November 8, 2017 at the age of 42. Jimmy will be lovingly be remembered by his grandmother Athina Roumeliotis, parents (Emanouil and Sophia Bakirtzis), fiancee (Lia Polyzopoulos), brother Bobby Bakirtzis, sister and brother-in-law ( Mary and George Tsoukalas) and niece Konstantina.

A wake will be held in his memory at the Blythe Bernier funeral home, 940 Ogilvy in Park Ex. on Tuesday November 14, 2017 between 14:00-21:00. And a funeral service at the Greek Orthodox Church, on Wed November 15,2017 at 11:30 am at Evangelismos Koimisis tis Theotokou at 777 Rue Saint Roch, Montréal, QC H3N 2X2.
