Antoinette (Toni) Conceiçao
1925-2017
Passed away peacefully on January 13, 2017 surrounded by her “adopted daughters” Marisa and Anna Maria. Predeceased by her parents Harold and Hilda and her brother Philip Conceiçao. She leaves to mourn her brother Richard in England as well as many relatives and friends. She will be remembered for her long time service and devotion as a teacher and guidance counselor. Special thanks to the staff at St. Margaret's Nursing home as well as her sitters, Madison, Cristiana and Victoria for their loving care and support. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17th, 2017 from 2pm to 6:30pm, followed by a funeral service at 6:30pm and reception at
