Anne Philips (nee Fowler) 1924-2017, daughter of Verna and Dwight Fowler passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Anne was predeceased by her husband John and survived by her brother Evan (Anne), brother-in-law Douglas (Tina), children Jane (Michael Bronstetter), Mary (Ken Yale) and Alex (Siobahn Connor) and by 7 grandchildren Tim, Amy, John, Jessie, Hannah, Katie and Niamh and 6 great grandchildren, Josephine, Ryan, Olivia, Zoe, Addison and Alex.

Anne was born in West Shefford and grew up in Granby. She was a McGill graduate, a tennis and hockey player, skier, curler, bridge player and an Honorary Member of the Royal Montreal Golf Club. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

The funeral will be held at the Belvedere Funeral Complex on Saturday February 18 at 10:30 am reception to follow located at 22025 Route Transcanadienne, Senneville, QC H9X 3L7 www.mountroyalcem.com (exit 40 of Hwy 40 West).
