On Tuesday September 25th Al passed away after a tragic accident at the age of 79. Beloved husband of Jean Stefaniuk and father of Chris (Holly) and Carol Ann (Billy), “Gid” to his granddaughter Abigail and grand dogs Macy and Jaxon. He also leaves behind his brothers Dan and Bill, his nieces and nephews, extended family and numerous lifelong friends. We are deeply broken by having lost such a wonderful man who touched the lives of so many people. His humor, warmth and generosity of spirit made him one of a kind. Al mentored numerous people on and off the football field as he dedicated many years to the game winning many championships. He also devoted over 50 years to safeguarding others working in the Security industry. Visitation and service to be held at the Belvedere Funeral Complex, 22025 Trans-Canada Highway, Senneville (QC), H9X 3L7 , 514-457-4440 on Saturday September 29th from 2 to 5 pm and 7 to 9pm. Memorial service will be held on Sunday September 30th at 1pm followed by a celebration of his life from 2pm to 5pm. Private Family Burial will be held on Monday October 1st.
